We are writing this letter to highlight the
expertise of two of your employees, Eddie H. and
Geno S., in diagnosing a very obscure and
reoccurring problem that we had been experiencing
with our gas furnace. These technicians arrived at
our home, researched the problem and diagnosed the
issue. The technicians also treated us wonderfully
and said they would stay on the problem until it was
resolved and take care of us no matter how long it
took. The actions of these two gentlemen represent
the true example of quality customer service and
expertise in their field.
As a result of this experience, we plan to continue
to use Sonoran Air in the future and will not
hesitate to recommend your services to our friends.

I want to let you know
that your Service Department is A+ all the way
around. I deal with a lot of trades on a daily basis
and each and every time I need help from your
company you are right on top of it. I would also
like to give a lot of praise to C. Jones. She is
always so pleasant to talk with on the phone and
ALWAYS does her best to take care of any service
issues. C. Jones is definitely an asset to Sonoran
Air and really makes my job a lot easier. Again, I

Smith, Service Tech, for helping me deal with my
flat tire on Friday, October 5, 2007. When I pulled
up (on the rim of a completely blown tire), he
generously loaned me his cell phone to call home,
encouraged me to call AAA and then helped give
directions to the operator. His calm, business-like
manner and kind spirit impressed me and helped me
through a very distressing experience on a windy and
hot hillside. I want you to know what a valuable
employee you have in David. I certainly appreciate
Sonoran Air for being there when I needed help. When
I need air conditioning help, I will certainly turn
to your company. Thank you again, David. You are one
of my heroes!

Just a quick note to say, thank you! Last night the
fan stopped operating on the A/C unit, and I called
your service line at 623.581.9555. First, the call
was answered by a pleasant and professional person.
I am sorry I cannot remember her name. She addressed
my questions, explained how Sonoran Air, inc. can be
of assistance, including the fee structure. She
promptly scheduled the service representative to
come by later in the evening. Second, when the
service technician arrived, quite promptly I must
add, he was polite and professional. Ed went
straight to work and in a short time had the fan
operating and the house cooling down. I am delighted
to have the service associates at Sonoran Air, inc.
to call on when it really counts.

Jim Rowland is the reason I went with Sonoran Air,
he came right over and I was extremely impressed
with his ability to handle me as a customer. I could
see he had experience as an installer and he was
courteous. He came through on his promises and most
importantly he set forth the best possible example

Every Air conditioning company wishes that a decent
well meaning man like Jim Rowland would walk through
their door and ask to be hired. I feel that he is an
asset to your company and while seeing the best in
the installers, Juan and Darren, they too reflect
the same view as that of Jim.
The installers Juan and Darren took care of
everything and courteously and generously, and
smoothly. The heat is unbearable here but extra
tough in attics and on roofs.
